Am I eligible 7 Th yr extensions?

Earlier my I 485 was rejected. I am currently on H1B. My current labor is pending for more then one year.

As long as the labor is pending for one year you should get your 7th year extension.

As long as the labor is pending for one year you should get your 7th year extension AND you need to attach the copy of evidence of ANY LC pending for you more than 365 days and evidence is SWA or SESA reciept that lawyer who filed LC get the reciept of LC filing from SESA or SWA it has your name, employer name case# and date of filing.
