7 months, still no AP

It has been 7 months since my AP was applied in TX center but no approval yet. I have already booked tickets end of December. I had called USCIS but they just sent me a letter saying they are still working on it. What else can I do?

hi,
I am also sailing in the same boat. I applied for AP and EAD in May. I got my EAD but AP is still pending. My lawer sent fax and I have also sent an enquiry through phone but still nothing happened. BTW, they had lost my EAD papers too, had to send them again.

Hope you get them soon.

I got my AP approved with in a week, i was surprised when my attorney said that my AP approved without getting the reciept.

anyway still waiting for my 140 approval, i applied 140 on Aug 26 2003.
