7 Months have passed and still no GC

hello everyone, it's been a while since I posted here. I hope everyone is doing great. I though I'll ask you guys, maybe one out there can confort me.
I got stamped on july 2004. still no plastic GC. is that typical?
do GC EB people and other types go through same timeframe or just us asylee?

I got PS stamping in August 2004 and i do expect the card between April and May of this year.I think you should be expecting yours in 2-3 months time.

It could take up to one year.

Did they stamp your national passport?.
 
I got the temp card in May 04 and recieved the palstic card mid Januray
(8 1/2) month.
i travelled with with Temp card, only difference is spending 2 extra minutes expalining that the palstic card is in the mail !!
 
I have a question for all those of you, who already got approved. I submitted my RFE on Jan 21, system updated that they received my RFE on Jan 24. I check my account, which was again updated on 1-31-05, nothing so far. How long does it take between submitting RFE and getting approved?

That is a good question. From this forum (and personal experience), I can tell you that final approval after receipt of RFE takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.

Keep your chin up - you should be hearing something real soon!
