9/26/00 - Called automated voice line yesterday evening & heard the magic words - "This case has been approved!" - My Wife also.

Not too bad a wait compared to what many have had to endure! My best wishes to all and thanks for a great web site - this forum is about the only indicative source for what\'s really going on at INS.

Hi, I will also be getting my RFE (message changed yesterday 09/26) soon.
I have some questions. Appreciate your response.
- For the employment letter -> Does the RFE say what specific information (such as salary, start date, etc) the letter should contain?
- For W-2/Tax Returns -> Does the RFE say how many years\' W2/Tax papers?

Hi, not sure of the detail on the employment letter - it was put together by my firms lawyers on the west coast (I\'m in NC), but I think its along the lines you\'re thinking - as much a confirmation that the details of employment are still current and in line with the Labor pert so it would include duties, job title etc. Your lawyer should be able to assist.

The other documents were:

1. Two years Federal Tax returns (98/99) and W2 copies
2. Current months pay stubs
3. Bank / Saving / investment account statements for the last month (include as many as you have).
