         When did you check? I checked yesterday but no change at all. My dates and your dates are almost same except PD. Can you give me some more details of your case. Did you try to talk to IIO about that? Can you check your reciept number (EAC-99-204-53XXX)?

my lawyer has just called me (7/25) -- he received my RFE.
(Interesting enough, the lawyer refers the RFE letter as "kick-back letter". Here\'s the details:
RFE issued: 07/14/00 (auto msg changed)
RFE received: 07/25/00
RFE asks for: emp letter, tax return, 3 pay stubs, G325

Please update the [Requested] column as: emp,tax,pay,G325
The lawyer also says that the salary change is not a problem as long as the change is an increase, not a decrease.
