Hi Guys
Want to share good news that my case is approved, I checked AVM this evening.
PD 08/26/1999
RD 07/02/2001
ND 08/17/2001
FP 12/13/2001
AVM before approved was "FP Received on Dec. 19 and pending review"
AD 05/14/2002

I spoke to IIO last Thursday(05/09/2002) and she told me that my case has been assigned to officer yesterday ( 05/08/2002)and told me wait for 3-4 weeks.

I would like to thankyou all guys of this board specially Milk and Greaty-k.
I am sure all of you would get yours approval very soon.

Arun - My RD & ND are similar to yours. Hopefully I also get approved soon. One by one all July filers who post message regularly are getting approved. I tried to call IIO but it is such a frustatting experience to hear busy signal all the time.

I was also very frustated so I called IIO last week. To me it looks like when case is assigned to officer, it means there is very little chance of getting RFE and it should not take much time.
