6th year and changing jobs?

Hi,
I will be completing my 5 years in 3 months. I got an offer from other company and they are ready to file my GC, If my labor gets cleared am I eligible for extensions? If so on what basis (as my labor will be cleared within a month in PERM process.)

If your labor is filed 365 before your 6th year (no need to clear) expiry you are eligible for 7th yr extn
If so on what basis (as my labor will be cleared within a month in PERM process.)
