There might be a communication problem between INS units and FBI units. I am asking for senator's help. I think you and others should do the same.

Got approval notice today. 2nd FP done 3/2004 and FBI sent results to Nebraska (because the DLEA office where we had fp done sent them to nebraska). 5 weeks passed and no response, so I wrote a letter to Tsc director as well as the officer # on the Rfe notice, stating that FP results sent to Nebraska instead of TSC by the DLEA. 2 weeks later, cases approved. please see my details at my approval posting on the forum.

Thanks. This is your message I read the last. So. sorry for the confusion.

FBI told me that my FP result is sent to CSC. So I will fax TSC to let them know that.
