Hi,

I got H1B visa from company 'A' in 1999. Stayed in US for 5 years and revalidated the visa. My H1B was cancelled and I stayed

in India for 1 year. if I apply for H1B again how long legally I can stay in US if I get new H1B - 1 year or six years?

The stamp on my passport expires FEB - 2007
The H1B currently I have is valid until Feb 2005.

I'm assuming that you stayed outside of US for 365 days or more and applied for a new H1B. In that case, your clock gets reset to 0. So your stay should be 6 yrs. from new H1 entry.
