My 6 Years of H have expired and I-485 Denied. Now it is time for me to go back.
1. Can I go home, stay there for a year and come back on new H1 and file for new GC?
2. Does having filed GC and showed intent to immigrate affects getting a new H1 (non-immigrant visa)?
3. I tried to change to F1 status but was told that once I have shown intent to immigrate, I can not obtain F1? Is there a way out.
