Hi,
I have 1 month left to complete my H1 6 yrs period. I applied for Labor after 5 years. Labor is approved now and I-140 is pending from last 1 month. I need to get my I140 approved for further extension since I don't fall under 365 days labour clause. I was depending on I-140 Premium Processing to get extension beyound 6 yrs. But now that Premium processing is suspended until notice
My employer has offices only in USA. Can I work from India while my I-140 is pending and be on my employer's payroll and getting paid in USA.
