How did you findout about your FBI name check??? Could you please let us know.

I called USCIS:

Call 18003755283
Select Options:
1 -2-2-6-1- then your receipt number..listen to the full message
Then when it gives the option to continue select 3
And then select 4..IF it says welcome to TSC then OK. If it says no IO available at the center and transferring to National center, hangup and try the whole thing again..
