6 months to I-485 Adjust Status Processing times

According to the above link it takes 6 months at Texas to process I485. Does this mean those who filed I485 May/June will start getting approvals? Assuming there is no delays in name checks and such....

A colleague of mine filed his I485 in June 2007 (EB2 category) and was approved this week. Of course, this is best case scenario where there are no delays due to name check etc ..... but it is happening.
