6 Months and no I-94

How long does it take to get your background check or name check done from the FBI. I have already been granted Asylum by the IJ got my SSN. All I need is my I-94.

We were also waiting ... For our response ..

Approved by the Immigration Judge in Nov 2004. Went to the USCIS office and applied for the EAD and I-94 in Nov 2004 was told to wait for 60 days or more days until background is cleared.

Have been still waiting.
