540 Days Completed...still NO relief

Have the congress heard all of these complains? We ought to let them hear us, otherwise this fucking process never going to speed up and we could wait for years for INS to process a couple of months of I-485s.

I have same received date but my case is approved on March 11th. I talked to IIO on March 10th saying that my case is already cross 540 days. She said she is going to send message to officer.
Next day march 11th my case is approved. My case is straightforward. I think you need talk to IIO about 540 days limit. I hope this one help you out.

Why don't you call the IIO and tell them that you crossed 540 days. Raju12 got benefited from that.
 
Hi all,

what is the 540 days limit? How to count it? after RD or ND?
My RD is 11/16/2001 = 482 Days.
My ND is 09/12/2001 = 459 Days. No approval yet.

Shall I call an IIO?

My receipt date is 1st August 2001. Still I have also not received either RFE nor approval.

Yesterday talked to IIO. They said it is in adjudication unit. I don't know what it means. Is it some final stage after officers review?

Anybody know about that.
