Also it is amazing that response to RFE was received on Oct 18th and case was approved on Oct 19th.

Here are my details....

EB3 India
PD: 6/96
ND: 11/00
RFE response sent on Oct 9th, howver AVM updated only on Oct 18th and said it received on Oct 18th, got
Approved on Oct 19th.

Thanks to every one and hang in there you will get your turn. I will be still around here.

RFE details....

1. Employment Letter (To Whomsoever it may concern letter)
2. Pay stubs for past 3 months
3. Medicals for my wife (since she hadn\'t taken initially)
4. Passport copies for both
5. Latest copies of I-94 for both.

RFE was issued on Aug 9th, however I was in India for a vacation and responded to RFE os Oct 9th.

When you responded to your RFE on Oct 9th, did you submit Pay stubs for the period between July 9th to Oct 9th or May 9th to August 9th ??

Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Paystubs for last 3 months, that means ....

I sent following paystubs for the
Month of Sep
Month of Aug
Month of July.

Since I didn\'t get any pay cheque on Oct 9th so....
 
I didn\'t receive RFEs, my Lawyer got it.

However AVM was conveying RFEs for both of us, I think RFE was sent seperately...

Congrats! Was your I140 approved for AOS or CP? (If CP then it will have words NVC - National Visa Center on the 140 approval notice)
