Hi,

I am representing my wife.
Does a 5 years experience equal to a Master Degree?
My wife got an approved PERM based on her Bachelor Degree, which falls in to EB3 China category. From our predictions, it will take a very long time to get her priority date.

So, we are thinking to file a second PERM for my wife based on her work experience (5 years+) which if it's equal to Master Degree. Therefore, she doesn't need to wait for current priority date.

EB3 CHINA - AUGUST 2002 (CURRENTLY), and her priority date is MARCH 2003. If the second PERM approved, then she can applied I-485 and Advanced Parole. She hasn't met her parents for more than 6 years.

What do you guys think?

It all depends on job offer and its description.

If she has a 4-year Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, she would qualify for EB2 in the ed/experience sense. BUT, she could only file it if the employer is willing to support the "higher position"/higher salary required for EB2 B+5 which usually comes back as a level IV PW.
Good luck to the both of you.
