5 months and no AP still

You can apply for EAD/AP urself. I140 is the employers responsibility. I485 is your petition. EAD/AP are linked to your I485.
You can definitely do it yourself.
Go to the USCIS website and download the I-131 package. The only thing is that you have to prove your status...so you need to have the I-485 receipt notice. That shouldn't be a problem, though I have heard of some companies not giving the notices out. Other than that, the form is very straightforward...and if you have any problems, just post on one of these boards!

My company told me that they applied my I-485,EAD,AP in Nov after my I-140 approval. Yesterday I received two applications for AP from my lawyer and he told me that these are new version of AP applications normally change every year. He also told me that my I-485,EAD,AP applied in Nov only. It does not make any sense to me. Do you think they applied in nov only and now they are submitting new AP application again. I would appreciate If u could reply to me
