5 Days Gap between LC date and 6Yr Expiring

My Labor was applied on July 25 2003, My h1B 6 years expire on July 30 2004. I read the newsletter than the extension should only be applied after 1 year of Labor pending. So my lawyer will apply after July 25 2004. When should we apply ? When will the application be stamped.? My worry is there is very less time thats 4-5 days to get the application stamped..

--- your lawyer knows better follow his advice, he can send tthe application to USCIS by Fedex on 25th or 26, it should Reach USCIS BEFORE your I-94 expire
When will the application be stamped.?
----- what kind of Stamp? USCIS does not Stamp the Visa, if you mean the H1 filing petition, they day USCIS Mail room recieves the 7th year H1 extension petition they stamp the same date and on reciept notice you will find when they recieved
My worry is there is very less time thats 4-5 days to get the application stamped..
