5 Days behind for EAD Extension Filling

Would anybody know if it would be ok to go ahead to file EAD Extension though I am 5 days behind the 90 policy.

5 days from expiry or 85 days from expiry? However do U have a choice other than filing? If Your question is whether you can demand an interim EAD at 85 days, generally NO.

85 Days before Expiry

I did not know about the 90 policy (To apply for EAD before 90 days of expiration). So I just applied before 85 days of the expiry. So in this case if my ead does not come before the expiration which is Mar 13 2003 will it be a problem. Can I still go to the Local INS and Get the temp EAD
