5/10 FP not received yet!!!

I called up TSC (using POJ method) and was puzzled to know that they did not receive my FP yet. Did it happen to any of you?

Of course, Visa# has not been assigned to my case yet. GC process sucks.
 
I also did my FP on 5/10 an there were no LUD after that. The last updated date on my case is still 3/15. But I have confirmed with TSC and FBI and both have said that my FP results were received on 5/10.

Same boat. I did my FP2 on 05/15 but had no LUD change. Couple of days back called TSC using POJ and came to know they haven't recd FPs from ASC :confused: . Lady asked me to check back after 180 days :mad: Just frustrating....

I think so they have standard replies for day.I called today around 4:30 ESt.Same reply FP not received from ASC.I did on 05/18.I called FBI and they told they cleared and sent back on 05/19.

Bajaj,

How did you call FBI? What's their number? Any advice on what and what not to ask and etiquette etc?

Hello MA_labour,
I got 2 LUDS in 2 days on I-485, I am not sure if its bcz of my AP approval? can you guess?:confused:

Just ask about status of your FP.They will ask your A Number and tell you when they sent the result
 
Thanks Bajaj. I called and they said the results were sent the next day to USCIS. Does it mean that FP and name check are cleared ? And why does TSC say they didn't receive them from ASC? :(

Bajaj,

I called up FBI and they said that they processed my FP within 24 hours and sent it back. So, they must have sent back the FP on 5/12/07. I wonder why TSC doesn't have it yet.

Do you think the Customer Service Rep gave me an incorrect status?
