4th EAD approval notice with no EAD card

I got my 4th EAD approval notice in the mail yesterday. RD 2/11/04. But there is no EAD card in the envelop. Only the approval letter. Has anyone in this situation before?
 
That's strange. What's on the approval notice? Is it same as the one you get for your previous EAD?
 
To report it right away. They must have forgoten to attach the real card... small mistake.
 
Don't worry I also got the approval letter first and within few days got the card.

my EAD RD is 2/11/2004
ND is 3/18/2004.
My I-485 is still pending. I got RFE letter 2/24, but our company lawyer has "disappeared" so my RFE is yet to reply. In fact, they even have not prepared my EVL letter yet. I am very frustrated.
I don't know if this is what you asked for.

Does anyone know if I have the authority to reply to the RFE suppose I get all the letters from my lawyer? Or can I hire another lawyer at this time and have them reply the RFE. This might never happen but just want to know if this could be possible in case I need it.

Did you file EAD online or by mail?
I filed online on Jan 15, 04. Still waiting. Don't know what's going on.
