49870 what does this mean?

I try to call csc, whenever I call, I always get a message "All circle
are busy, try call later, 49870." Any idea about this message?
How can I get through?

I think that is the message Number from the Telecom. You need to keep on trying. If you are lucky enough you will get thruogh in one hour. Just redial.

Ta Ta,
Call around 8.30 Am and hold line line until 9.00 and then press "0". For me it worked 100% of the time.
