486/EAD/AP application in December

Filed for 485/EAD/AP Jan 3rd (Both me and my wife)

Lawyer received all 6 receipt notices from NSC last week:

RD: Feb.5
ND: Feb.18

I heard from AVM that (for me and for my wife) EAD/AP was approved on 02/21/2001.
EB2/RIR, PD: 11/01/1999, RD: 12/4/2000, ND: 12/14/2001.
Receipt Numbers: LIN-01-056-XXXXX

EAD approved for me and my wife !!

I just checked AVM today and was pleased to know that my EAD was approved on 02/22/2001

RD : 12/06/2000
ND : 12/15/2000

Now I will update when I will get the card.

 I applied for EAD/AP/I485 in the last week of December. I got receipt for my I485 with notice date of Jan, 2, 2001. But I didn\'t get any receipts for EAD or AP. My H1 will be expiring in April 2nd week. Please tell me what I should do?

I have received (02/26/2001) my EAD, Still waiting for AP. (RD 12/4/2000, RD 12/14/2000, AP: 02/21/2001)
Could you please let me know, did you received you EAD And AP at same time.

My status: EB3, other, RD: 9/00, ND:10/00 , waiting for FP
My H1B will expire in 2002 but now and I have an opportunity to have a second job.
Does anyone know if I could apply myself right now an EAD so I could got my second job with another company ?

I received EAD by mail on 02/26. AVM says AP = Advanced Parole is approved but haven\'t got anything by mail so far.

Can we apply EAD for one year period and AP at local INS.
I know somebody applied EAD/AP at local INS, but I do not know only for tempory.
