486/EAD/AP application in December

Has any one applied for EAD / AP / I-485 in November/December ? My applications (I-485/AP/EAD) were sent to NSC on December 5, 2000. I read the posts on Immigration Portal regularly and wanted to find out who else have applied in the same time frame as I have. so that we can track and estimate the processing time

My application I485/AP/EAD sent on 12/01/2000 to NSC (EB2/RIR).

I have sent my personnel checks as INS fee. They have cashed the checks on 12/19/2000.
I am expecting Receipts in a week or two weeks.

Could you please update, when you get receipts.

My RD is 10/24/00 ND is 11/13/00 for AP/EAD/i-485.
Didn\'t get any approval yet. My Case is in EB2.

Cool.. so there are some folks out here who have applied in November-December. Lets post in this thread whenever you get any updates w.r.t your application.

Also a question for Starie and Liton. How long it took for you guys to get Receipt from INS ?

I got the receipt from INS in no time. My ND was Dec 7. When I called my lawyer on Dec 13, she told me that she have already received my notice...... which she faxed me on my request.

mailed to NSC on January 3, 2001.

I think the receipt should take around 4 weeks (at least that\'s what my lawyer told me). I had filed on Dec 5. I haven\'t got receipt yet.

EAD 80 days
AP 120-150 days

  I dont know exactly when our lawyer has filed it is mostly after first week of December.
I got the reciepts for 485/PA/AD

EB2 ,RIR

RD - 12/14/2000
ND - 12/19/2000

Hi, I applied for I-484/EAD/AP in November. My RD is 11/03/200 and ND is 11/15/2000. Still waiting for EAD and AP. I have to go to INDIA in Feb 1st week. Planning to go to local INS office in Detroit to get AP sometimes Next week. Any experience in this regard will be very helpful.

I haven\'t got EAD approval yet. one of my friend who applied in Oct 20,00 wasn\'t yet got his too. so I think all of us have to go to local office to get temporary EAD. If someone goes to local office please post your experiences in this thread..
