485RD or 140RD?

Hi-

Never posted before, just joined. Thanks to Rajiv Khanna this forum exists. I spoke with an Imm. Officer - got transferred to one using the Nat'l Hotline (who are generally useless, I must add). I have I140/485 concurrent RD 4/25/03. I called because TSC is processing I140 @ 5/12/03. He said that I need to use 485 processing times which is 1/15/2002 and means another 18months! Anyone know if this is true? I'm confused.

Thats correct. When your 140 comes up for processing they will adjudicate both the 140 and 485 at the same time if your FP and name checks have cleared and there are no RFE's
