tle bit of story first. i work for medium sized comp my labor pd dec 2002, got approved recently and 140 is also approved. now the tricky part is with company B i have future gc goin on and my 485 is already filed. name check cleared that is what they said last cheked with them. but PD is sep 2003 not to far from june 2003. also my case was recently transferred from vermont to TSC
-can i file second 485 ?
-can i transfer/use the current 485 to my old labor, it helps me bcoz i work for that comp dont have to deal with any rfe's just in case.,also name check is done the 485 receipt date is way back in early 2004. this will be best option.
- one other thing is my wife is on EAD.
can experts suggest me any some possible options .
