485 You are allowed 3 times to Inquire !!!!

Believe it or not my case has been pending for more than 21 months and today i called BCIS, the informed me that i am allowed to inquire on my case 3 time only. After 3 time inquiry you can not inquire at all !!!!!! you have to wait. What a democratic world we live in !!!

Maybe they refer to the "three strike rule" for several states. They lock you for life! You never know with BCIS. Maybe it came from Ascroft!

Called BCIS today .....

My case had touched 20 months today , so i had called BCIS she asked me when did i call them last time i said june 18th , she said i could call only once for every 30 days and this was my second call ..... When i called on June 18th i believe that triggered my 2nd FP !!! Hope todays call would trigger something ????
