485 Wife\'s status question. Please help

My wife arrived in US on H4 in Feb 2000. She got a job and got her h1b
with company A in Sep 2000. Company A was not keen to hire her as soonas she got the H1 so she got another job with Company B in Dec\'00 and transferred H1B with them. On her 485 application should I mentioned company A and the period she had H1B thru them? She never worked for company A (never got a pay stub from company A)
 
Don\'t mention about company A

Don\'t mention about company A. Just the approval of H1 request does not change the status. Only after the benificiery joins the company and gets into the payroll, does he/she attains the status.
