485(WAC02157XXXXX) approved but kid's is pending

Hi ALL,

My wife's 485 and mine were approved on 6/16/03
( I posted it on 6/17) but my kid's case didn't come
with ours. I called INS and was told that each case
is processed individually.


My son is 8 years old and I don't know anything
could delay his case.

anybody has any idea or similar case ? please share
yours here. Thank you.

485 history: (WAC02157XXXXX)
ND 4/10/02
FD 5/12/02
RFE 4/24/03 ( I think that RFE was triggered by EAD renewal)
approved 6/16/03
stamped 6/24/03

hey - your approval came through before the supreme court ruled that what goes on in a bedroom is not to be governed by law - so may be BCIS knows something you don't know !!!!

Ok ok - i've had two glasses of wine - and I truly am joking - don't take offence
 
Congrats..Don't worry..your son case will be approved soon.

Can you please share the info. about your EAD renewal.Since
you said, it might have triggered RFE.You still working with
the same employer who filled your 485 or you used AC21.

I think the EAD renewal triggered RFE since RFT
was sent on the same day the EAD renewal was received.

I don't work for the 485 sponsor since I was laid off.

And.. question to all. Am I missing something here or is CSC
really processing cases from April 2002???

If so.. why isn't everybody excited.. 'coz these CSC folks were
stuck for the longest possible time in November right?

becoz...

cases from nov 2001 are still pending. dec2001, jan2002, feb2002 (that is my favorite..) are all pending ....

that is why we are not excited.

I was still in employment when RFE came.
