Congrats man you sure waited a long time for a stupid medical RFE.

I have quick question, if you have time.
when did you done your finger prints...?. when did you come to know that your case is with an officer..? Did you contact INS in Between..?. pleease post your experience when you contacted INS, what did they say about your case.....?

when did you come to know that your case is with an officer..?
I called INS VT in June 2002, i got to know that my case is with an Officer. I was told at that point of time that my case should be approved ( provides that no RFE is issued) in 2 months approx.
Did you contact INS in Between..?.
Called in August 2002. got to know that an Rfe was issued. But
details of RFE was not avaialble as the details were to be processed and printed in some other department
Finally i got the RFE ( Doctor had missed a date in my medical form). Redid my Medical and turned in my papers around 21st sept 2002. Got a receipt in 1st week of october 2002.
Left on vacation to India in 3rd week of October. Returend in Nov 2002 on Adv parole.
