anyone applied 485 under lifeact??will it affect GC in anyway??ur advise will be helpful for me to proceed...our attorney is saying it is upto me ...

I know some people who applied 485 under lifeact 245(i). I don\'t see any problem with that.

Hey I have a question for you how can u apply for 245(i). I think the deadline has already passed. If you have any more information on this please let me know. One of my friend might need this information..He is looking to file under this
