485 Transferred to Tampa Local Office

Hi Guys,

INS received my RFE documents 3 weeks back and now transferred my case to Tampa INS office. Whats next? My RD/ND is Apr 9th 2002 and FP is May 2003. Can anyone give me some more information on what's the approval chance at the local INS office. What documents should I take.

There are 2 types of transfers to local offices. Is it transferred for "processing" or for "interview"?

Can you share the information about your RFE and the officer number ?

My lawyer said he does not have any information about the officer number. The RFE for me is to show how I entered the country and show all information pertaining to my legal stay from Oct 96 thru Aug 2003 (1 Year OPD and 6 years H1 and since Oct 2003 on EAD)

if you have all the entry exits in your passport and visa stamps in your passport with copies for approval letters thats fine.
