485 transfer to Baltimore, MD local district?? Anyone

Just checked the status of my & my spouse's case this morning and go the following message.

"On September 13, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in BALTIMORE, MD for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in BALTIMORE, MD will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

I think it might be a result of 2nd enquiry I sent on Sep 9th.
How long does the "scheduling" of the interview take?
What is the next course of action? What can I expect?
Anyone in a smilar situation/expierences?

Same to me, though I didn't received any RFE's
My case has been transferred to Baltimore MD for interview (12/6). Lord help me!! Baltimore is serving Jan 2004 right now
I started my GC process in 2001!!!!!! :(
