Can anyone know how long it takes to schedule a interview after the transfer from VSC? Here are my details.

FP1 Dec. 2001
IOD for I-140 August 2002
I-140 Reapproved Feb 2003

RFE August 2003
RFE RD 09/26/2003

Waiting for so long!!!! Do you know the reason why you got transfer? Is yours AC21 case?

Sorry, not giving valid reply and rather asking question but just got little surprised seeing your case.

Thanks guys for your responses. I have no clue why it was transferred but straight forward case. EB3 future employment.
 
my case was transfer to Jacksonville.Meanwhile I moved to NJ from FL.I called and requested JAX office to transfer case to Newark.
is there way I can check in Newark office that they received my case from Jacksonville office?

W2, Pay Stub and Employment Letter

What was the reason they sent you "IOD" at I140 stage?

Some Stupid officer sent a IOD for education evaluation

Thanks for the info. I presume, it was just 2 months paystubs?

Based on the postings on this forum, I would say, it would take 3-4 months to schedule and complete the interview, at NWK office in NJ.
