485 TRACKER - 04-may/june/july filers

After the fp i have something like this on the case status . Is this normal or even my case can disappear from the avm. Anybody with similar exp please post.


On August 26, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
 
update - called FBI today

To check on the status of my FP and connected in a minute. Operator asked for my and wife's A# numbers and told that the FP were collected and review completed on Aug 11th and sent back to USCIS.
When i asked everything is good right, she said I cannot give you that info!

Till now there is no status change on the website for my 485 case.
 
No Update

Hey i have checked most of guys FP on 26 August have update on their case but Nothing seams to be happening for me. No update on EAD/ AP and No update of FP........

Where as three cases filled on My date have been approved........

What cases got approved ?? 485 or EAD/AP ??
Do you have any details ..if so please post them!
Even mine is still drawing a blank ..no update till no even though it has been 20 days since my FP is complete.

Hi all,

Instead of tracking just 3 months why dont you put them in an Excel sheet and track for say 2002 to current. Since CSC is so unpredictable this will atleast give an idea what is happening. In the NSC i-140 forum they had a similar tracking xls file and I was easily anticipating my approval with the same.

If someone can initiate it that will be good. Please let me know your thoughts.

I 140 / 485 -RD 22 June
FP Done on 26-Aug
EAD RD 30 July
AP RD 23 July

All waiting ....

I did CSC database scan and many cases EAD/ AP on and before my RD has been approved
 
My LUD got updated today. But the message is the same.

address change during i-140/i-485

Gurus,

Could address change during i-140/I-485 cause any issues?
Please advise.

I don't think so. But make sure you file AR-11 and also call national service center and give them your new address. They will ask your Alien# to update all your records. So give all A#s (that is, your's, your wife's etc.)
 
Though you can notify by AR-11 change of Address,it's always good idea not to change address unless it's really really required. :)

u are also in the same boat as i am in.
but urs being a EB2 concurrent filing and ur EAD/AP still pending even though the JITs are way beyond ur dates, i wouldnt be surprised if urs is a part of the PILOT ..
so hang tight!
 
485/AP/EAD Non concurrent EB2 ND July 28th/2004

All,
I just got my AP approved as per the online status on Sept 2nd.
No LUD change for 485/EAD.
I was wondering if anyone with a similar time frame has recd a FP notice. Since I may be travelling soon....Just wanted to find out. Will appreciate a response.
Again mine case is non-conc
