485 through Missouri Service Center (MSC)

My company is in IL and my labor cleared through IL state -
Can I file my 485 through MSC ???

MSC is very fast and only 5 months behind.
I think IL state is comes under MSC jurisdiction also.

No illinois comes under NSC. search the BCIS internet web site before making wild assumptions...

Do we have a choice ? My LC is cleared from Il also but I live in NJ, is there a way i can apply my 485 and 140 in VSC ??
