485 terminated - Please help

hi,

I applied for parole and just got a letter back that 485 has been terminated and was denied parole. Here are the case details:

Family based green card (wife citizen), am on EAD currently.

I sent change of address to INS - but they sent the interview notice to old address. I never got the interview notice and they apparently terminated my 485!!

Please help - any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.

Hire a good attorney and appeal the decision. If you sent the change of address prior to the letter sent by INS for interview, and you can document receipt by the INS (courier receipt etc.), then your attorney should be able to get your case approved, if everything else is kosher.
