i have NIW/140/485 filed concurrent PD 2/3/4 and RIR /EB2 still at the labor stage. i was thinking of refiling RIR as perm and then 140.

i know one can"t file 485 under labor/140/485 before three years of waiver job are over , but can i substitute the 485 already filed under NIW at the end of 3 years of waiver in the labor/140 process and then avail of the AC21 and change jobs
