485 Status - What does this mean ?

I checked our (Mine and wifes status online ) I know both been approved. But has two types of status for us.

Mine ...

Current Status:

Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed.
Your INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.


Wife's

Current Status:

On September 03, 2002, after approving your application,
we ordered you a new card. Processing normally takes
between 160 and 180 days. Your card will be mailed to
you as soon as it is ready.


What those two mean..?
 
ADIT completed and plastic card ordered

The first message "Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready. " means ADIT processing is completed. It will take some more time to get card till the message changes to card ordered...I am in that state now.

I hope your wife would have received card 2 months back.

you as soon as it is ready. " means card is ordered and you'll receive it in 2 weeks time.
If the card is not recvd you may need to talk to IIO.
