Today I got in mail 2nd FP notice
to Oakland center.

Can I go early?
Is it open on Saturday? Or what time should I go.

Any data on 2 nd FP and case approval ?

oakland office doesn't accept early FP. Instead you can do it in SJ.

If they allow one can do FP any where! As "plymouth" wrote SJ may be a better bet.

Based on what you wrote in your original message it looks more like an RFE message to me! Since now a days I didn't see any CSC approval without RFE (it is more or less another step before approval) getting RFE could be a good sign! Ofcourse getting direct approval is the best though!

I didnot get RFE ,only i got is a letter notice of my 2nd fp
for both me and my wife

but website and phone message change only for me and not for my wife

they say that they have sent notice for more evidence and info.
