485 Rfe !!!!
My 485 LUD was updated today to 05/19/2006 and it has following message on the USCIS online status:
"On May 17, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."
My wife's 485 LUD hasn't changed and is still at 02/14/2006. I called the lawyer and lawyer's office hasn't received the RFE yet. Hopefully they will get that on Monday. I am very curious and anxious about this RFE.
My questions:
1. Anybody received similar message? If so what can I expect in the RFE?
2. Shall I expect to get stuck into namecheck Q after responding to RFE? OR it's a good sign to get RFE like that (namecheck complete???)?
