My friend got an RFE on 485 asking experience letters and two month pay slips from the present/old employers. His GC was filed by a future employer and he is going to join in june. He got his EAD and AP. but never used it.
RFE letter says the following info also.
question: He has to respond before august, by that time he will have only one pay slip. Does it matter to respond with only one pay stub?
and He never used AP. and Does the RFE below belong to AP used persons?
