Hi all,

My attorney received an RFE on 485 asking for date of hire, job title, job duties and a statement and "my prospect for continued employment is excellent. Also need a copy of my last two months of paystubs and a copy of my bank account statement for the last month.
How much should I show the bank balance? Any Ideas and suggessions are welcome

hi Vir_k, I got same RFE except bank account. mine is based on future employment with X. I am currently working with Y. could you tell me how to answer for Prospect for continued emploment. do i need to get this from current Y or future X.

USCIS did not ask me specifically for a bank statement. They want me to show some kind of proof that I am financially sound so that I am not dependent on the government. So they wanted me to show one of the following so that I am not going to be a public charge.

1. Proof of Employment (or)
2. Financial sponser if any (or)
3. Bank Statement

I replied them with EVL and the bank statements.
