I received an RFE from VSC stating the following.


The attorney who submitted a “Notice OF Entry OF Appearance”, (Form G-28) to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS) with your application or Petition has been suspended. The USCIS has an Obligation to ensure that those attorneys and the representatives who are authorized to practice before the agency are the recognized in that manner. The USCIS will communicate directly with you unless a new form G-28 is filled with the agency.Please read the below information carefully and provide the requested information your self Or through new council, in the required time period.

Please submit the evidence that you are not likely to become a public charge. Evidence may include

a) An Original letter of an Employment (Stating prospect for continuing employment and salary)

Or

b) A form I-134 completed by your financial sponsor for which your sponsor must comply with the instructions of the form

Or

Other evidence, Bank letter..etc
If anybody can throw some light on the one in blue color is really helpful

Sounds like your attorney has been suspended and can no longer at this time represent you. This also is a Request for Evidence (RFE). They are asking you to supply the information directly since your attorney is suspended. Give them what they are asking for by the timeline they set out.
If you get a new lawyer then they are also asking that he/she submit a new form G-28 saying that they now represent you.
 
Yes it's EARL DAVID in NY. Are you having the same lawyer? My other friend from the same lawyer got the same RFE. So who ever applied through this guy get ready to reply to the RFE

I've not received any letter or news from INS.....my case is pending...LAWYER EARL is not communication....I have NO idea what to do....

NO news at alllllllllllllllll
 
LovenSign, don’t worry. I knew what you been going through. Been there done that. You will get the reply from USCIS directly. I got the letter (in a White Envelope and Blue letter inside) to home since that’s the filling address.
