485 RFE - please help

My wife case status changed to RFE on 7/7 and we didn't recieve that yet and I called Attorney office too and they also didn't recieve it. Is RFE comes to Attorney only? or it comes to me also? What is the time limit we send response to RFE? please help.

Why no one replying? please tell if you know where RFE will come..
 
If you filed a G-28 (attorney representation), only your attorney will receive the RFE.

Hope it is a minor one.

I filed G28, but Attorney says he didn't recieve yet and also said that I can also get a copy. Do you know how long it will take to recieve RFE letter after the status changed?
 
I have seen people get in between 7-15 days.

Also you can call NSC and request a copy for youself. There is also a possibility they might tell you what the RFE is all about.

In my case attorney's office never received their copy ! But i got one. And replied to RFE based on that. After email notification of RFE, it took 1 week for them to send it ( then why the email tell lies ?! It is USCIS ). I received it within 4 days of the post marked date from TSC. For "simple RFEs" (like missing TB skin test ) they give 1 month from the email notification ( which also will be the date on the physical RFE letter ) . It is crazy that it takes 2 weeks to get the RFE letter and then reply to it within 2 weeks !

Thanks for the info. Incase if we didn't recieve within 2 weeks and ask them resend, then do they count response time from initial date or the second time they sent?
