Details of my Case:
I 485- Feb 2004 - ND
RFE for 485 July 2004

I was not tested positive for TB but my doctor made a blunder in I-693 that I had TB reaction. Now I got RFE stating there was no indication on the report stating that how much reaction I had and for chest xray results.

In my RFE form they said they have enclosed the original I693 form. But I have not received it nor my attorney did.
How should I respond to my RFE? Has anyone been in my posistion please help.

Did you file your 140 & 485 concurrently ?

That's too fast to get an RFE on 485 !

I would say the best thing is to re-do the stupid medical exam (with a diff doctor) and send the new form(s).

Can I get the medical report from the same doctor with a cover letter.With new 1693 form.

Yes, since it's not been a year since you had your medical, your doctor/clinic should still have the copy of your records. If I were you I would take the RFE to the same doctor and have him write a reply (attached to the copy of your records) explaining that he made a blunder in the form and that USCIS forgot to attach the forms.

But of course, it's up to you ... ;)

Can u tell us ur RD/ND, I-140 approval, RFE date & RFE received Date ?
I am also in same boat waiting for I-485 RFE.
 
yes febapp please give all ur application details, 140/485 receipt date and 140 approval date ? 485 rfe issue date ? ead , ap, fp ?

i am also a concurrent 140/485 applicant from feb 17, 2004 but have not heard anything as yet from any of my applications. it would be great if you could provide us with these details so we can know what dates is NSC processing nowadays.

One more Q?

When I go to my civil surgeon, should I ask for a new medical examination report or modify the exisiting report (you can fill out the form with the past date in it!) Which is safe?
