We received RFE's,
Background of the case:
While applying for my H1 extension my employer didn't file I539 for h4, and we didn't realize that my employer didn't file. I got my H1 extended only after nine months. Then we realized and applied for H4 extension. Extension was approved but with gap of 3 months from previous H4.
Now RFE questions about the gap in H4 status, Please help us if any one has faced this situation and how it was resolved.

My PD is Nov 2003 and I got RFE for birth certificate.

Any help is appreciated

Did you spoke to lawyer.. regarding this ?

He was the one who has not filed your wife's H4 immidiately after filing your H1.

whats his take on this ?
