485 RFE mess!!

Hi,
I had received an RFE for my 485 in Aug,
RFE issued 08/21/07
RFE replied 09/12/07
LUD 09/12/07, 09/13/07
LUD 09/21/07 ANOTHER rfe me and my son

Called the Customer service as lawyer has not received the mail, he told me he sees LUD on my case on the 21st Sept no RFE, he mentioned it could the old one not to worry. I am worried as I have to travel in 2 weeks, any suggestions

did you get Email/update saying its RFE?
if yes than you may get mail soon
if its just LUD then it can be anything
keep trying CS again and again you might answer......
try infopass in relation to your travel
i am sure query will be trivial

The RFE came yesterday its easy, asking about my waiver. How does one get infopass appointment , many have taken it for NC purposes, I want to do it also. What documents to carry for NC/BC. Or is it just the case number and the ID will suffice.
Anyone with experience,please let me know.

You have to go to their website and schedule an appointment for infopass.
Make sure you have a printer because you will need to print the appointment letter which has a bar code on it.

Details on what to take with you to the info pass will be at the bottom of the appointment letter which as far as I know: any correpondance from the USCIS. receipt notice or anything like that and a government issued picture ID
We have one scheduled tomorrow for an EAD application.

I tried it...what do I have to say for a NC/BC appointment, when they ask you to select out of the 4 options.

Whats the purpose of your EAD appointment. Sorry to be so nosey !!Do they issue interim EAD in case they havent given one in 90 days, what the solution if they dont give one even if one has applied 100 days in advance.

I am sorry...no clue about the NC/BC.
As of the EAD, I was informed no more interim EAD's. Our case, the EAD was mailed to us but sent back to the USCIS as undeliverable, it has been over 45 days since we called and asked to send it back and no word since then....
THanks, we need all the luck.
If you have an EAD application pending for that long, you can also take an infopass and may be you will get it faster.
