I would appreciate any experiences you people have in similar situation.
Our company A was merged with company B in 3/01.
485 filed in 12/99
RFE for employer letter and paystub on 4/01
RFE replied with company A letter and paystubs 4/01
(of the 3 paystubs, 2 paystubs states Company A subsidary of company B)
my original company A still retains name and puts as subsidary of company B in paystub along with company B address, for other purpose uses company A letter head with company B address.
the attorney office told me this should not create any problem as company A is still existing even though subsidary of company B is put on paystub,
also they tell after speaking to VSC it was confirmed if 485 cases are past 180 days there is no need for another 140 amendment
the automated message states recd. RFE reply 5/01 it is taking between 180-240 days for such cases
any input is greatly appreciated
